1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Processing times are typically 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Imported or special-order items may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).


2. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via reputable courier services.

  • We do not ship via the South African Post Office.

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Black Beard Tactical is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


3. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

  • Certain remote areas, farms, plots, townships, or extreme outlying locations may not be serviceable.

  • If your address falls outside courier service areas, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Local Stock Items

  • Major centres: 1–3 business days

  • Regional or outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Imported Items

  • Estimated delivery time: approximately 14 business days

  • Timeframes may vary due to customs clearance, international shipping, or supplier delays.

Black Beard Tactical is not responsible for courier or customs delays beyond our control.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Larger, heavier, or high-value items may incur additional courier charges.

  • Volumetric weight may apply (length × width × height).

If additional shipping fees apply, you will be notified before dispatch.


6. Risk, Ownership & Delivery

  • All goods are shipped at the customer’s risk.

  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

  • Customers must inspect parcels upon delivery and report any visible damage to the courier immediately.

Black Beard Tactical does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage during transit.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Report the issue to the courier at the time of delivery, where possible

  2. Contact us within 24 hours at

  3. Include photos of the packaging, damage, and delivery label

Damage claims are handled through the courier or manufacturer and are not grounds for a refund from Black Beard Tactical.


8. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Any return shipping costs will be for the customer’s account.


9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather

  • Labour strikes

  • Government actions
