Return & Refund Policy – Black Beard Tactical

1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (imported tactical and precision equipment), Black Beard Tactical does not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice

  • No longer required

  • Buyer’s remorse

All sales are final.


2. Warranty Overview

Although Black Beard Tactical does not offer direct returns or refunds, all products sold include the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal and intended use for the period specified by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Accidental or cosmetic damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or operation

  • Modifications or unauthorised repairs

  • Damage caused by environmental factors (water, fire, power surges, etc.)

  • Consumables or wear parts unless otherwise stated


3. Warranty Claims Process

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period:

  1. Contact Black Beard Tactical first via email at

    Please include:

    • Order number

    • Product name and serial number

    • Date of purchase

    • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue

    • A brief description of the fault

  2. If the claim qualifies, you will receive warranty instructions and details of the manufacturer or authorised factory service centre.

  3. Products may not be returned directly to Black Beard Tactical.
    Any unauthorised returns sent to us will be refused.

  4. Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer or factory, in accordance with their warranty terms.


4. Repairs, Replacements & Refunds

Once the product has been assessed by the manufacturer or authorised service centre:

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the manufacturer will:

    • Repair the product, or

    • Replace the product, or

    • Issue a refund only if repair or replacement is not possible

  • If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, and inspection and shipping fees may apply.

Black Beard Tactical has no control over the manufacturer’s final decision.


5. Processing Time

Warranty processing times depend on the manufacturer and may take:

  • 10–30 business days for inspection and evaluation

  • Additional time for repairs or replacements

Black Beard Tactical is not responsible for delays once the item is in the possession of the manufacturer or service centre.


6. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for:

  • Shipping the product to the manufacturer or authorised service centre

  • Packaging, insurance, courier, customs, and any related costs

Return shipping from the manufacturer will be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.


7. Non-Returnable & Non-Warranty Items

The following will not be accepted for warranty claims:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Products outside the warranty period

  • Products with removed or damaged warranty seals

  • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorised parties
